1. STR Refresh | Design Fee - $1,000 to $2,000 per room (flat rate)
Is your Airbnb underperforming? The STR Refresh provides strategic advice for hosts who want to improve their listing without starting over. We visit your property, optimize your furniture layout, and identify what's working and what isn't. You'll leave with a shopping list of recommended upgrades and an action plan. You do the shopping and the updates; we give you direction.
Best for hosts who want expert guidance and are comfortable handling purchases and changes themselves.
2. STR Full Setup | Design Fee $5 - $7 per sq ft (Example: 1,000 sq ft home, $5,000 - $7,000)
Launching a new rental or doing a complete overhaul? The Full Setup service is done for you. We design your space, source all furniture and decor using your approval and purchase using your credit card, and handle the full installation from start to finish. You show up to a property ready for your first guests.
Best for hosts who want a complete, cohesive result without managing the process themselves.
HOME PACKAGES
1. Home-Room Refresh | Design Fee - $1,000 – $1,500 per room
Want to transform a single room in your house without a full overhaul? The Home Room Refresh is an advisory package for bedrooms, living rooms, or home offices. We assess your space, make layout recommendations, and identify pieces worth keeping, repurposing, or replacing. You'll receive a shopping list and styling direction to bring it all together and make happen yourself.
Best for homeowners who want a clear plan and are ready to do the work themselves.
2. Home Full Makeover | Design Fee - $5 per sq ft (Example: 2,000 sq ft home: $10,000)
Ready for a full transformation? The Home Makeover covers your entire home, from layout and flow to furniture and finishing touches. We design the space, source everything using your approval and credit card, and handle the setup so you can walk into the home you’ve been dreaming of.
Best for homeowners who want a cohesive result handled from start to finish.
