We optimize your furniture layout, introduce curated décor pieces, and provide a shopping list to help you stand out—without breaking the bank.

Description: Perfect for hosts who want to elevate their existing space quickly and affordably. We’ll rearrange furniture, add impactful décor, and provide a shopping list for any upgrades.
 

Price: $1,000 – $2,000 per room (flat rate)

2. STR Full Setup

Launching a new rental or doing a complete overhaul? Our Full STR Setup package handles everything from furniture sourcing to final touches. We create a cohesive and welcoming space that will wow your guests and boost your booking rate.

Description: Comprehensive setup for a new listing or a major overhaul. We handle layout planning, furniture sourcing, and finishing touches so you’re ready for guests.

Price: $5 - $7 per sq ft (depending on size and level of detail)  

Example:  1,000 sq ft home: $5,000 - $7,000

Description: A budget-friendly package to give a single room a fresh, cohesive look—ideal for bedrooms, living rooms, or home offices.

Price: $1,000 – $1,500 per room

2. Home - Full Makeover​

Refreshing the space around you can truly transform how you feel every day—sparking joy, boosting creativity, and making you feel proud to welcome friends and family into your home. Our Whole-Home Refresh reimagines flow, layout, and design to create a harmonious, inviting, and uniquely personal space that feels like a true sanctuary.

 

Description: A holistic update for your home, reimagining layout, flow, and style. We create a plan that’s functional and uniquely you, helping you fall in love with your space all over again.

Example - 2,000 sq ft home: $10,000
